DUETUFFI ORGANIC VERMOUTH

A journey of the senses

DueTuffi means “Two Dives.” Born where water connects different worlds: a dive into Lago Maggiore among prealpine woods, and another into the sea scented with Mediterranean scrub, between Liguria and Tuscany (a nod to the maternal roots of its creator) — passing through Piedmont, the ancestral home of Vermouth.
Chestnut honey, Taggiasca olives, mountain herbs and coastal citrus invite you to dive into a sensory interplay of landscapes and memories.

Unique ingredients

Among the prealpine botanicals are chestnut honey, chamomile, elderflower and blueberry, lending depth and a natural sweetness.
From the Mediterranean scrub come Taggiasca olives, oregano, helichrysum, and orange and lemon peels, shaping a bright, gently saline aromatic profile.
To complete the recipe, a selection of infused spices—including tonka bean, galangal, kola nut and ginger—adds complexity and a delicate spiciness.
In the final stage, the vermouth is enriched with a small portion of pure extract of Amaro Rubino Lunatico, a distinctive signature that enhances its character and persistence.

Crafted and sustainable

Our new vermouth, like all our creations before it, is crafted through an artisanal, fully traceable supply chain, personally overseen by its creator—from sourcing raw ingredients from small producers to hands-on production processes.

Small-batch production allows for close control at every stage, ensuring consistently high quality standards.

The production approach prioritizes short supply chains and partners selected according to sustainability criteria. Reducing environmental impact is embedded throughout the entire process, from production methods to packaging choices.

A one-of-a-kind vermouth

An elegant and complex aroma, with floral and citrus notes. On the palate, it is balanced and harmonious: first comes the bittersweet impression of chestnut honey, followed by herbaceous and aromatic notes (thyme, oregano) and warm hints of cinnamon and ginger, all beautifully balanced by the wine’s acidity and the freshness of citrus; in the finish, a subtle touch of briny Taggiasca olive.
